Society777 – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Society777. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Society777 are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Discount or price changes after purchase

Please review product details, sizing, and your order information carefully before completing your purchase.


2. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. Orders are automatically processed and sent to fulfillment.


3. Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exception)

While we do not accept returns or provide refunds, we will replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the damage or defect.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost. Refunds will not be issued, even for defective items.


4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Society777 is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense.
Refunds will not be issued.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Society777 is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery disputes

You must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital downloads or digital services are non-refundable and non-returnable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and no exceptions are made.
